In my opinion, the fish looked a lot more vibrant in the site photos than they did when they arrived. They seemed dull to me, so I was a bit disappointed.

The box showed up bent, which was a little worrying, but the fish still made it just fine.

I’ve got to blame whoever runs this for making the refund process way less annoying than I expected. It was simple, no hassle, and the replacement showed up quick

I’ve ordered from Wet Spot about a couple of times now, and their species list is what keeps me checking back. They’ve had a few oddball tetras and cichlids I couldn’t find anywhere around me, and the stock page was easy to browse.
Not everything is always available, but that’s kind of expected with live fish. The variety is still really solid, and it seems like they update things often.

I gave it 3 stars because the acclimation info did help me get started. I mostly paid attention to the timing steps and the parts about watching the fish, but I still felt a little unsure about what to do if they started looking stressed. It was easy enough to follow overall, I just wish a few spots were more specific for people like me who tend to focus on the main instructions and worry about the details later.

I had a couple questions before placing my order, they got back to me quickly!! One of the replies didn’t come until the next day, which was a little slow... but it was clear, friendly, and actually answered what I needed. Overall, communication was good!!!

I do really like their fish selection!!! There’s usually a nice variety to look through, which is fun, but the prices are kind of hit or miss for me!!! Some fish seem fair, while others are definitely higher than I expected, and once you add shipping, it can get expensive fast!!! Overall, it’s not a bad place at all, just probably not my first choice if I’m trying to save money!!!
